Fort Griffin Fandangle Enters 74th Year of Performances

The Fort Griffin Fandangle is 74 years old this year, and as always there are two very full weeks of activities scheduled.

The Downtown window displays have been judged and Vintage Vanilla took first prize for a collection of Native American wedding attire that is exceptionally beautiful. If you haven’t gone downtown to see all of the displays, be sure to do so.

The Albany Study Club will be holding its Annual Quilt Show at the Whitney Theater. One of the highlights of the show will be the Fandangle Quilt that was made by members of the club this fall and winter. It’s a beautiful quilt and it will be raffled off on the last night of Fandangle. You can purchase your quilt tickets at the Whitney.
